The Banking and Finance Lawyer
The successful Banking and Finance Lawyer will support the finance, banking, restructuring and insolvency team with a variety of banking and financial matters including acquisition/leveraged finance, real estate finance, asset-based lending, trade finance, venture debt and corporate cross-over debt products.
